We are looking for a keen and organized individual to fill the role of Consumer Affairs Coordinator (6 month contract).
Reporting to the Manager, Quality Assurance and Consumer Affairs, this role will assist in handling the increased consumer contacts received during Lindt’s peak seasonal periods. This role will collaborate with Retail, Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain and ensure consumer concerns and complains are executed in a timely manner while prioritizing severity and sensitivity.
-Communicate with consumers through email and phone to understand and resolve their concerns while maintaining the Lindt brand
-Manage contacts to ensure response is in the specified time period, correctly categorized and prioritized while working to a speedy resolution
-Monitor and manage consumer tickets to ensure follow-up investigations are assigned and actions are executed to facilitate ticket closures
-Accurately maintain the consumer information and associated consumer affairs log and escalate consumer concerns pending the severity and sensitivity of concerns
-Responsible for facilitating, managing and monitoring the consumer reimbursement process to ensure consumers receive their compensation in a timely manner
-Responsible for maintaining accurate consumer affair records and reports and improve response templates based on seasonal changes and requirements
-Minimum one year experience in consumer affairs
-Strong computer proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
-Proven interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
-Must be able to work independently and as a team
-Proficiency in SAP would be considered an asset
-Fluent in English and French considered an asset but not required
