What will you do?
As anAccount Coordinator for a key client, on our Consumer
Electronics team, you will be instrumental in ensuring the delivery of all
business requirements for your assignedaccount as well as providing
coaching and training to a team of Brand Ambassadors.
You’re “hands on” approach will be required to provide direct insight
and strategy on how to improve and grow the programs. You will build a
relationship based on trust, innovation and the delivery of consistent results
that meet or exceed expectations.
closely with other Account Coordinators to manage your team of BA's
training and communication strategies to optimize your team’s results,
engagement and retention
execution plans to succeed within various sponsorship environments
with key client contacts to understand upcoming initiatives, product
launches and on site execution needs.
client expectations and help to make all plans operational
strategic advice and recommendations to improve and grow the business
orientation to identifying and maintaining operational best practices
data integrity and reporting requirements
to analyze business results and report on key insights, and develop action
plans to address opportunities
team efforts in the recruiting, training and ongoing development of high

program budget, operational cost management, and support business
years of event management experience
leadership experience managing a team
and understanding of experiential industry and CPG-based experience is a
business acumen - budgeting is something you have an affinity for
adaptable; Ability to handle high stress situations and utilize problem
solving techniques to find the best solutions
service orientated with an ability to build strong and productive working
to prioritize, problem solve and multi-task
attention to detail, meticulous follow up, proactive
of a vehicle to attend client meetings and field visits
to work flexible hours including overnight travel and evenings and
degree or equivalent – business related preferred
in Microsoft Office and ability to work in a digital work
