Finding employees who are the right fit for an organization is always an important task. But now more than ever people lose sight of what they are looking for in their employees, which can lead to limited overall performance for the organization. Often times, it is not that employees are not capable of doing the job, but they are not always "the right people, in the right positions, in the right parts of the company".

The key here is to know what you are looking for, says Jim Beqaj. Finding out what skills and personality types are needed for the job, can actually lead to better employee-organization fit.
