reebee is a Canadian-based retail technology company that provides retailers and brands with a platform to connect and engage with our user base of shoppers. The platform is used by top retailers across all retail categories including Walmart, The Home Depot, Loblaws, and IKEA.

As an Account Executive of Retail Partnerships you will work to maintain an existing client list, while seeking new clients to bring into the fold. Following our partnership based approach, you will work as a trusted aide to retail representatives and related media agencies.

  • Utilize a partnership based approach to develop new and maintain existing relationships with retail partners and related media agencies
  • Prospect retail organizations while offering them solutions to their marketing needs
  • Develop persuasive sales presentations while leveraging market trends and utilizing creative approaches to create compelling value propositions
  • Forecast based on historical performance, geographic analysis, and changing user trends
  • Work alongside the Partner Success Team and contribute to a carefully crafted service plan with our retail partner’s needs in mind
  • Liaise with internal departments to drive desired business outcomes and revenue growth
  • Maintain thorough and organized client records within our CRM software
  • Carefully manage a prescribed sales quota, while surfacing risks and opportunities when they exist

Minimum Requirements

  • Bilingual - Fluent in English and French
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 3-5+ years of experience in advertising sales, marketing, or media
  • Proven track record in delivery of sales quotas against business plans

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience with partnership-based, client-facing selling
  • Ability to be flexible and to switch between tasks with ease, in the fast-paced environment of retail
  • Experience in a startup/scaleup environment
  • Ability to independently problem solve and to overcome obstacles and objections
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Innovative and will take the initiative to bring forward new ideas
  • Familiar with campaign planning and managing media agency relationships
  • Existing industry relationships and connections
