About the Role

reebee is a Canadian-based retail technology company that provides retailers & brands with an interactive, online marketing platform that helps them reach and engage consumers. The platform is used by top retailers including Walmart, Home Depot, Loblaws, IKEA, and top brands including Keurig, McCain, and Del Monte.

Initially created to digitize traditional weekly flyers as a convenience to consumers, reebee has evolved into a robust marketplace with technology that has paved the road for innovative advertising opportunities for consumer brands.

Already a growing strategic initiative in the shopper marketing world, digital transformation has taken on heightened importance in the wake of the coronavirus pandemic. reebee is at the forefront of this shift guiding retail and brand partners to adapt their traditional promotional content to deliver dynamic and personalized consumer shopping experiences.

As an Account Executive of Consumer Brands you will be helping build a new arm of the reebee business and will be working closely with the senior partnership team. You will be developing high level relationships with key consumer brands and agencies and serve as a trusted consultant to optimize marketing efforts and strategies.

While we operate 100% remotely for the time being, our company culture and values remain at the core of everything we do.


  • Develop and maintain relationships with key consumer brands and agencies to drive their business success and advertising growth on reebee
  • Prospect and penetrate consumer brand organizations to position reebee as an effective channel drive KPIs and influence sales
  • Build a pipeline of customers within the consumer brand world, manage via CRM
  • Help develop sales strategy, go-to-market approach, and sales collateral
  • Liaison with internal departments to drive desired business outcomes and revenue growth
  • Own forecasting and accurate client analysis to support team planning
  • Develop persuasive sales presentations leveraging market trends and creative approaches to create compelling value propositions
  • Present client opportunities and challenges internally to support product planning

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 5+ years of experience in advertising sales, marketing, or media
  • Proven track record in delivery of sales quotas against business plans

Preferred Qualifications

  • Client facing experience with strong executive presence
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Understanding of online and offline media
  • Familiar with campaign planning and managing media agency relationships
  • Relevant experience in online sales, advertising, and consumer marketing
  • A deep understanding of the consumer brand landscape
  • Existing industry relationships and connections
  • Creative problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Independent, self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity
