You
are a detail oriented, analytical, results driven individual who can easily
collaborate within a team while keeping the company’s financial operations on
point. Proactively prepare financial analysis for use in business decisions.
- Analyze P/L on items, programs, and
categories
- Conduct profit viability analysis
on product categories and distribution channels
- Liaise with head office accounting
team in Shenzhen for daily and monthly accounting needs
- Provide sales reporting and
analysis
- Manage accounts payable function
- BOMs – creation, analysis and
management
- Create price lists for multiple
product categories
- Review inventory and product flow
management with distribution partners
- Review shipments and understand/
analyze freight costs and break-out duties/taxes/hs codes, HTS codes for
analysis, updating and P/L impact
- Handle general office expenses
- Provide financial input on Vendor
Agreements
Qualifications:
- Excellent/Proficient skills in
Microsoft Excel (PowerPoint and MSWord should be intermediate level)
- Knowledge of accounting principles
and reporting of financial data
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Friendly team player who works well
collaboratively with others
