BLU Territory Sales Managers will oversee their e-cigarette accounts with the commitment of flawless program and brand execution.Through strong relationships you will deliver expertise and provide insight on new market trends.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead sell-in and installation of new products and listings
  • Be a product expert and provide in-field support to key sales reps in identifying opportunities and acquiring new accounts
  • Accountable for execution against and measurement of distribution and visibility.
  • Maintain and track budgets, submit and evaluate reports/ KPIs
  • Identify, secure and assist in the execution of key display, listings, retailer education to drive brand visibility and drive sales
  • Create strategies to build & develop customer relationships with a focus on influential accounts in order to increase visibility, product demand and to drive brand equity

Our Ideal Territory Sales Managers:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of sales or marketing experience
  • Experience in the gas station, cigarette, alcohol, or convenience industry considered a strong asset
  • Be “in the know” with the respective scene and possess strong social skills and networks
  • Must be a self-starter – possess the ability to work independently and take decisive ownership
  • High energy team player with a proven track record of successful relationship building
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt in a constantly evolving environment
  • Capable of building effective internal and external relationships with key stakeholders
  • Post-secondary education
