Job Summary

Coordinate and execute sales and marketing content strategies for multiple brands across a number of e-commerce platforms. Industry knowledge is not required but must be detail-oriented and interested in learning about selling products online directly through website as well as other channels such as Amazon and Instacart. Should perform well in fast-paced environment, be able to think critically and be an independent thinker.

Essential Functions

• Manages ongoing sales efforts, implements promotions and sales incentives.
• Collects information on sales performance, analyzes information and creates reports for review.
• Manages channel content to ensure best in class e-commerce listings across all brands
• Submits and manages ongoing cases to Amazon for issue resolution
• Accounts Receivables/ Collections for Accounts.
• Identify and resolve pricing, product, and shipping discrepancies.
• Liaison between brokers, customers and senior level management.
• Research and identify best practices through competitive research.
• Monitor and adjust inventory levels for Account products
• May be involved in developing email calend, SMS and social marketing campaigns
• May supervise and coordinate activities of sales and marketing personnel.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing from a four-year college or university with two or more years in a related e-commerce marketing content and sales management environment
• Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Good verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages.
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
