We are looking for a full-time Sales Support Specialist to join our rapidly growing company and help us become the most sustainable wellness company in the world.


  • Process purchase orders in an accurate and timely manner
  • Interact with our retailers & consumers via phone and email
  • Provide support where needed to the CEO and Director of Sales
  • Back up support for Administrative Coordinator
  • Complete new account set up forms – retailers, distributors, etc.
  • Coordinate all sample requests
  • Assist with trade show paperwork and set up
  • Handle influencer/ambassador inquiries
  • Provide product education
  • Resolve issues and handle customer & consumer complaints
  • Order marketing materials and supplies as needed
  • Prepare invoices for transactions and customer accounts


  • Minimum 3 years experience in sales and customer experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Experience and knowledge of working with EDI
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience & knowledge in the CPG industry, specifically with natural products
  • Problem solving skills and conflict resolution
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Highly organized and strong work ethic
