Job Summary

This position supports all activities of the Retail Sales Organization and supports the Retail Leadership Team, District Sales Managers and Retail Representatives. Primary responsibilities include Retail Helpdesk Support, data/information management and communication.

Key Accountabilities


  1. Providing software/retail hardware technical support to the retail team via Retail Helpdesk Support
  2. Manage all communication and content sent to Retail Team
  3. Continuous improvement of tools/resources

Programs and Booking Sheets:

  • Distributes/communicates materials to Retail Representatives
  • Provides team support for various programs and reports back results
  • Trouble shoots and works with Retail Representatives to address questions they have

Retail Helpdesk:

  • Provides technical support to Retail Representatives via Retail Helpdesk
  • Identifies trends to the Team.

Monthly Mail outs:

  • Distributes tools that Retail Representatives need to sell in the field on a monthly basis across the country.

Meeting Coordination:

  • Coordination/organization of meetings. This includes venue selection, meeting materials and event planning.

V6 Retail Software:

  • Creates and manages V6 surveys/V6 data for the team.
  • Creates/maintains/delivers V6 and retail hardware training to retail team.

Special Projects:

  • May be responsible for supporting all other sales productivity and initiatives as required
  • Presents project processes at team meetings


  • All other duties and responsibilities as assigned
  • Responsible for following all Quality and Food Safety Policies and applicable procedures

Key Technical Knowledge and Skills

  • Retail V6 Technology - tablet knowledge
  • Advanced capability in Excel, MS Word, Power Point, Access

Critical Learning Experiences

  • Bilingual French and English(Written and Spoken)
  • Previous administrative and retail representative experience - an asset
  • Minimum 3 years administrative support experience preferably in a consumer packaged goods environment
  • University degree or college diploma in related field preferred
