Category Development Analyst is accountable for the understanding and analysis
of the Confectionery category and to support their Category Development Leader
in providing objective strategic and tactical category insights and advice.
They will be actively involved in identifying opportunities for their customer,
including sales performance, promotional activities, item assortment and
shelving strategy and execution.
Category Development Analyst is a developmental role which will allow the
incumbent the opportunity to further develop skills in Nielsen and retail sales
analysis, category management process, and planogram strategy and
development. The role works closely with the Category Development Leader
to drive category insights and understanding, as well as supporting the
execution of customer planograms.
