Location: Toronto, ON

Duration: 8 month contract

We are looking for an enthusiastic and keen individual to fill the role of Sponsorship and Experiential Coordinator (8 month contract).

The Sponsorship and Experiential Coordinator and will work closely with the Manager, Sponsorship and Events to plan and execute national corporate sponsorships and National experiential events that will continue to build brand equity and increase overall brand preference.

Key Responsibilities:

Execution and Coordination (majority of focus):

  • Assist with development of the sponsorship and event plans and coordinate the execution of related detailed elements working with suppliers/partners/internal stakeholders to ensure brand elements/messaging/etc. is in line with plan.
  • Assist and coordinate on-site activities of sponsorships and events and may be onsite contact at events to address problems, provide information, ensure all elements are available as required
  • Assists Manager in the designing, developing and integration of sponsorship and event programs, campaigns and procedures
  • Performs other duties as required in keeping with the purpose and accountability of the job
  • Prepares presentations for internal and external stakeholders detailing sponsorship program details


  • Ordering and shipping of products, travel planning & coordination
  • Manage logistics of all materials required during sampling events
  • Prepare presentation materials as requested to highlight sponsorship activities and event plans
  • General administrative duties as required including budget tracking, invoice processing, scheduling meetings, event calendar management, creating event packages and materials, and document creation


  • Post-secondary education in Marketing or Event Planning
  • Sponsorship and event coordination experience (1+ years). Some experiential marketing experience is preferred.
  • Creative, innovative and solution oriented
  • Planning/project management exposure (in a business environment preferred). Requirement to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced environment and possess high levels or professionalism, particularly in stressful situations
  • Advanced communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proven interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with courtesy and diplomacy, efficiently follow written and verbal instructions , provide information and maintain effective relationships with team members, and outside vendors and contacts
  • Demonstrated project management and budget management skills preferred.
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint
