shipping and receiving process, you'll help us get our beloved products into
stores around the country! With your can-do, go-getter, team-player work ethic,

certainly use two scoops of communication skills and a bowl full of detail
while preparing some of the world's most favorite products for shipment. You
will also collaborate with many diverse people.
HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Leads
and Coordinatesthe warehouse operations and team, ensuring the
manufacturing is provided with quality raw and packed materials and
finished goods.Review ongoing process needs and reassign
duties as needed, including relieving Warehouse Operators and other
Warehouse positions.
- Ensuring
Physical Movement of Inbound and outbound Goods–works
alongside Warehouse Operators toprovide services to the production
linefor raw materials, bulk, packaging supplies, waste removal, and
material handling of finished goods and loading trucks. Ability to meet
all our identified driving requirements from PIT and up to moving
trailers.
- Safety
First–Follows all safety and quality requirements
including legislative, and company standards. You will be
responsible for safety and sanitation inspections and moving, scrap, and
other debris. Ensure packaged food is too specific standards and operation
of the palletizer and unitizer automated equipment, ensuring a quality
product is produced in a safe and efficient manner.
- Setting
the Pace- Ensuring that manufacturing is provided with quality raw
and packed materials in a timely manner and that finished goods are
moved. Entering into system and records so all materials, equipment,
and inventory are maintained to ensure the product is produced and packed
at a minimum cost within production schedules and within safety,
sanitation, and quality standards.
- Always
Accountable-Entering into system and records so all materials,

works within the High-Performance Team. Complete digital and paper
transactions for Finished products for customer orders and prepare
shipping procedures while making sure our paperwork and food safety

- Willingness
and ability to work on weekends, holidays, and rotating 12 hours shifts
- Must
be able to lift 50 pounds & perform other duties as assigned
- This
position requires regular attendance and punctuality in accordance with
Company policies. Additionally, the ability to interact well with
other employees and work overtime, as necessary, is required
- Must
be able to demonstrate and maintain a good record of safe operation of
forklifts without property damage.
