TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Direct Business Partnering –Provide
financial analysis and guidance on profitability, ROI, pricing,
promotional activities, innovation, costing and trade
spend.Budgeting/Forecasting - Proactively recommend updates to budgets/
forecasts and helps to identify ways to close gaps/ meet challenges.
- Month End Close Reporting–Help
to ensure timely and accurate monthly financial closing/reporting,
submission of results, and review with leadership.
- Decision Support–Evaluate
alternative commercial scenarios and model the impact to the P&L,
gathering insights and making recommendations for improvement.
- Controls and Compliance–Observe
best practices, adheres to Section 404 (SOX) and U.S. GAAP, and complies
with company policies.
- Educate non-Finance business partners on the
P&Land key financial metrics to help enhance
financial performance and ensuring alignment with company strategies.
education, Business Degree in Accounting/Finance/Commerce
years of financial analysis work experience
proficiency in Microsoft Excel, using functions such as vlookups, pivot
tables, filters, sorting
experience providing accounting insight and analysis to stakeholders.
analytical and problem solving skills
player and able to communicate with all levels of the organization.
time management and results-oriented and able to multi-task efficiently
degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field
completed or currently pursuing CMA/CPA/CGA designation
