HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Leadership-Support achievement of volume and profitability
targets by monitoring brand and competitive trade, consumer, and promotion
activity and working with the commercial team to create actions to address
implications. Additionally, you will positively contribute towards
increasing the cohesiveness of the Marketing group/Company and take
personal accountability to help raise its effectiveness.
Strategy-Translate the brands’ strategies into compelling
creative/media briefs, grounded in consumer insights. Work with agency
teams to develop, execute and track Marketing Communication plans.
Strategy Focus-Responsible for the development and execution
of brand strategies and commercial plans on high profile, priority brands.
Lead the cross-functional commercial team to ensure strategies are aligned
and executed across marketing, sales, shopper, and innovation.
& Partnerships–Manage activation of planned promotions and
support the identification and planning of new partnerships. Collaborate
with Sales to build strong in-store shopper activation plans.
and Budget Management-Manage the projects and corresponding
budgets that improve the business both short and long term such as
reformulations, packaging changes, format adjustments, and innovations
through leading cross-functional teams. Cultivate strong working
relationships with both internal (sales, R&D, operations etc.) and
external (agency, research house, packaging designs/suppliers, etc.)
YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS
undergraduate degree with a focus on business/marketing and/or equivalent
years of Brand Marketing and/or related experience in a Consumer-Packaged
Goods company, with 2-3 years at Brand Manager or equivalent level
in strategy development and managing creative agencies
managing budgets and reviewing P&L drivers
working with AC Nielsen “CIP”
building and executing promotions and/or partnerships and bringing them to
life in-store with the consumer & shopper
communication and persuasion skills, combined with strong leadership and
analytical, organizational, and time management skills
strong team player with the desire and ability to work in a fast-paced,
execution of consumer-facing marketing campaigns leveraging various media
(e.g. TV, Digital and Shopper) and strategies
Acumen inclusive of Revenue Growth Management principles
