TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Making Special K to Win–
You will be executing projects related to Special K Cereal, one of
Kellogg's top supported brands, ensuring effective and efficient delivery,
on-time and within budget. You will be participating in the development of
brand plans that span innovation, promotions, and communication
- Media & Agency Partnerships–
Take a new angle through collaboration. You will be working closely with
our agency partners to plan and execute integrated consumer programs
across multiple touch points including TV, digital, in-store and
- Consumer Insights & Analytics–
Understanding our consumers is the key to our success. You will be
leveraging consumer insights and working closely with business partners to
ensure our brand programs are relevant and impactful. You will be
developing analytical skills through trends, performance indicators, and
the competitive environment.
- University undergraduate degree in business or marketing or a
post-graduate certificate in business or marketing
- Demonstrated Brand Marketing experience, related experience in a
Consumer Packaged Goods company OR related experience in an agency
setting, specializing in digital or experiential marketing
- Strong working knowledge of PC applications including MS Office (Outlook,
Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills, combined with strong
leadership and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical, organizational and time management skills
- Proven project management ability with a bias for action
- MBA with a focus in marketing
- Proven P&L analysis/understanding
- Desire and ability to work in a fast-paced, high pressure
- Proven marketing research analytics (i.e. AC Nielsen)
