MISSION :

The Digital Marketing Associate will be responsible for the digital content deployment ofretail channels and all Groupe SEB Canada websites across the All-Clad, T-fal, Rowenta, Krups, and Lagostina brands. Specific duties include:

  • Assist in the development and maintenance of content on Groupe SEB Canada branded websites, including T-fal, Lagostina, All-Clad, Rowenta and Krups, including landing pages, product description pages, and SEO-first content (This is not a web developer job)
  • Collaborate with internal product teams and digital content manager to create landing pages and optimize user experience
  • Drive UX/UI and SEO strategy on brand sites
  • Assist with the execution of Paid Advertising Campaigns across multiple channels. Proven experience working with Google Ad words and Analytics is essential
  • Day-to-day management and optimization of campaigns, making recommendations on improving campaign performance
  • Track and monitor all advertising platforms and activities to drive continuous improvements and engagement
  • Track and monitor PPC and Display activities to drive continuous improvements and engagement
  • Working alongside the Sr. Communications Manager to create and implement data-led strategies and feed learnings into existing and future campaigns
  • Work with Digital Content & CRM Manager and design agency to brief on new launch content needs for D2C site as well as digital campaign creative development
  • Ability to develop and launch new campaigns, whilst continuously optimizing and providing insights on campaign performance to the wider team
  • Work with sales and product teams as well as outside creative agencies to develop and maintain best-in-class Amazon A+ pages
  • Work with key retailers to develop online presence within their domains through search optimization and improved content for all GS Canada brands
  • Facilitate the sharing of content internally across brands and markets and externally with key retail partners
  • Working closely with the Sales teams to understand the retailers’ content requirements and their respective systems to deploy content to their site
  • Leverage web monitoring tool (Profitero) to identify content gaps and resolve them quickly
  • Generate reports/scorecards from Profitero to track progress and update internal/external stakeholders
  • Presenting best-in-class content learnings seen in the market

PROFILE:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, E-commerce, Digital Marketing or Communications
  • Prior experience working with a digital marketing or e-commerce team with experience in web content development
  • Proven understanding and experience with digital media planning
  • Working knowledge of GMP (Search Ads 360, Display & Video 360, Campaign Manager & GA360) would be desirable
  • Prior experience deploying content across retailer systems (Amazon Vendor Central, Webcollage) a plus
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with an ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
  • Dynamic personality, able towork in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly collaborative nature, able to work in matrixed structures
  • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Microsoft Office
