MISSION :

The Digital Content & CRM Manager has primary responsibility for all Groupe SEB Canada local online brand communications, which include branding, strategic decision making and successful management of CRM programs for Subscriptions and Loyalty, content engagement strategies. Specific duties include:

  • CRM Management:
    • Develop editorial & CRM strategy for DTC site(s)
    • Manage CRM and Marketing Automation Platforms to generate, nurture and qualify leads
    • Lead the management and implementation of the organizational email strategy through a marketing automation platform
    • Implementation of complex drip campaigns, and lead scoring systems to increase nurture capacity and generate leads
    • Assess and recommendations for design of information architecture between CRM and marketing automation platform
    • Develop content strategy that is effectively mapped with the consumer’s journey and path to purchase
    • Develop A/B tests and provide actionable insights to improve email program performance on an ongoing basis
    • Lead generation of branding and thought leadership through content creation, planning and executing digital media calendars to help drive new consumer engagement and acquisition
  • Digital Content Marketing:
    • Produce and promote content that aligns with identified brand audiences across all digital formats- web content, landing pages and website storefront experience management
    • Drive planning, execution, and publishing of content across owned, partner and syndicated channels
    • Create and maintain a content calendar for branded websites with input from sales and marketing teams, including homepage banners, CRM/email communication
    • Ensure all branded digital content on owned and retail partner channels is best-in-class and adheres to established corporate brand principles
    • Manage outside agencies and creatives for content creation, including photo shoots, copywriting
    • This role is a blend between email content strategy, list management and project management and will work alongside the e-commerce teams
    • Partner with other e-Commerce team members and merchants to ensure new product launches are set up to succeed
  • Local Content Expert:
    • Work with brand teams to ensure content is loaded into PIM/DAM and Salsify systems and executed consistently across owned platforms
    • Serve as in-house expert for PIM/DAM system, working with corporate team in France to implement trainings and updates as necessary
  • Reporting Analytics:
    • Determine appropriate goals and key performance indicators for seasonal campaigns
    • Ensuring all website analytics are up to date and presented on a weekly basis
    • Develop weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly performance reports

PROFILE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, Marketing, Communications or in a related field
  • 4+ years’ experience in B2C direct marketing automation and content development
  • Experienced in marketing communication
  • Google Analytics (GA360), digital media, programmatic or marketing analytics/research certifications would be an asset
  • Experience in Ecommerce, web development, and CRM and campaign management
  • Knowledge of CRM and campaign management
  • Demonstrated proficiency and technical acumen in multiple lead generation tactics (email, website, direct mail, SEO)
  • Have strong attention to detail with a strong sense of curiosity
  • Excellent listening, verbal/written communication skills
  • Self-motivated with an ability to take initiative in a challenging, fast-paced environment
