This position supports all activities of the Retail
Operations team, including Retail Representatives and Clients.
1. Manage all communication and content sent to Retail
2. Manage all Retail Operations reporting, client focused
3. Continuous improvement of tools/resources
- Collects and streamlines all communication to
- Supports Retail Representative team to answer
questions and provide tools as needed
- Distributes field sales selling tools as needed
- Coordination/organization of meetings. This
includes venue selection, meeting materials and event planning.
- Maintain Data Integrity of system
- Manage Retail Priority Activities within system
- Support with hardware and system training with
- Generates and publishes reporting as required.
Knowledge and Skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and
- Intermediate capability in Excel, MS Word, Power
- Previous administrative and retail representative
experience - an asset
- Minimum 3 year administrative support experience
preferably in a consumer packaged goods environment
- University degree or college diploma in related field
