Position Summary:

The Supply Chain Analyst position is primarily responsible for providing analytics, and data mining for supply and operations planning metrics. Build and automate reports/dashboards to identify opportunities for process improvements that improve service, speed, or cost, through analysis of supply chain information and metrics.

Reporting to the Senior Demand Planner, this is an entry level position designed to provide general support to the supply chain function at Conagra and assist on projects as needed. The analyst will work closely with the Supply & Operations Planning team and various cross-functional teams to assist with developing long term sustainable decision support tools.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage large data and using it to consolidate and build insightful reports and dashboards, while partnering with stakeholders to increase understanding and adoption
• Liaises with internal and external parties as required, maintaining positive stakeholder relationships
• Supports supervisor in implementation of the S&OP strategies
• Recommends process improvements for area of responsibility
• Analyzes work processes with the objective of driving efficiency, service levels and cost reduction
• Statistically analyze, interpret, and manipulate data for forecasting models
• Assists with testing of new procedures and systems
• Collaborates with team members and communicates relevant information to leadership.
• Provides cover for colleagues where necessary
• Other duties as assigned

Job Qualifications:

• University Degree or Community College Diploma in business related fields such as accounting, economics, statistics, computer science, supply chain or finance.
• Understanding of Data Management Principles
• Strong computer skills with Microsoft Applications, especially with Excel and Access
• Experience with Power BI, Sequel or similar applications are an asset
• Excellent analytical, organizational skills and be very detailed oriented
• Ability to quickly synthesize information to help drive results
• Clear and effective communication skills, both oral and written
• Can effectively interact and communicate with cross functional groups and different level of management.
• Passionate, self-motivated, results oriented, collaborative, accountable and creative
