transformation, andin search of a Digital Marketing Manager for Canada.
All
Available Locations: Mississauga, Ontario; Montreal, Québec or Burnaby, British
Columbia
This role is responsible
for planning, developing, implementing, and managing the overall digital
marketing strategy, withthe purpose of bringing the company and brands to
life, through enhancingsales opportunity, brand education and awareness,
across relevantdigital platforms and channels.
This position needs to
balance creative and communication skills with critical thinking, project
management and analytics. This individual must be able to work well with
cross-functional teams, manage conflicting priorities,and understand both
the company owners' vision, objectives, and suppliers’ ambitions.
Primary
Responsibilities:

Plan, design and execute
digital marketing campaigns that drive engagement andconversionfor
Charton Hobbs and supplier portfolio,
- Drive digital content creation
for web presence, e-commerce, social media by building and executing
comprehensive inbound marketingplan,
- Consult and work with ownership
and senior management to lead the development of national and regional
digital marketingstrategy,
- Collaborate internally with
commercial and IT departments and externally with suppliers andpartners
- Collaborate with regional
coordinators to create promotionalconcepts

Adhere to the company’s digital
brandidentity
- Develop robust web analytics
and campaign analysis with recommendations for maximizing customeracquisition
- Establish budget requirements,
optimize spend and performance based on in-depthanalyses
- Ensure that appropriate
emerging technologies are consistently evaluated and implemented for
digitalchannels
WhatYou’llBe
Bringing to the Team:

University degree in Marketing
or business-related field
- 5+ years of experience in a
strategic digital marketing role, ideally in CPG
- Proven experience with digital
campaigns, from concept to execution,analysisand reporting
- Proven results in managing and
driving lead generation focused digital programs with in-depth knowledge
of webanalytics

Demonstrated ability to
interpret in-depth analyses, uncover actionable insights and effectively
communicate to the broaderorganization
- Strong commercial/business
acumen
- Strong project management and
inter-departmental coordination skills
- Passion for reaching audiences
with compelling messaging. Great communication and writingskills
- Highly motivated with ability
to work independently and inteams

French, Italian, Spanish)
