Finance Lead (Consumer Goods, Remote Role)
Our client,
a Natural Foods Consumer Goods Company, is looking to hire a Commercial
Finance Lead on a Permanent, Full-Time basis to support their
growing business.
This is a Remote
Work-from-home role, where the team meets monthly in Toronto.
Reporting to
the General Manager for the Americas, the Commercial Finance Lead will be
responsible for demand planning & budgeting; trade spend and customer POS
data; marketing KPIs and spend evaluation; and special projects including
routes to market, alternative business models and evaluating mergers and acquisitions
for the Americas team.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the team through the planning,
forecasting and budget management processes
- Create in depth and action orientated
business recommendations, while maintaining effective operating budget plans
and management
- Analyze new product initiatives, marketing
& customer investments to support continuous improvement
- Provide category insight to retailer
presentations and customer engagement to enable fact-based collaboration
- Support business evaluations, Mergers & Acquisitions
and all other forms of growth
Candidate Requirements:

internal financial data and industry data together to partner sales, marketing
and finance in business decisions

Experience:
- A minimum of 5 years analyst experience
- Preferably experience working within FMCG
- Ideally educated to a degree level
- Preferably experience with Nielsen and retail
data
- Proficient in MS Office, and Cognos
