Brand Manager - Healthy Snacks Industry

Our client, a dynamic Canadian company in the healthy snacks industry based in Markham, ON, is seeking a visionary Brand Manager to join their growing team.

Position Overview:

Reporting to the Marketing Director, you'll drive brand strategy, lead new product development, and spearhead integrated marketing programs across all channels. Your analytical skills will uncover market trends and business opportunities, propelling our client to new heights in the healthy snacks sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive brand and marketing strategies
  • Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels
  • Lead new product development from concept to launch
  • Manage packaging updates for optimal consumer communication and regulatory compliance
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and consumer data to identify growth opportunities
  • Oversee forecasting and inventory management across all e-Comm channels
  • Direct e-commerce and social media agencies to drive KPIs across digital platforms (i.e. A+ content, SEO, paid advertising, promotions, analytics etc.)
  • Develop marketing collateral for trade shows, displays, and sales presentations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, R&D, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations and QA
  • Manage agency and partnership relationships
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Post-graduate degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 1-3 years of marketing experience, preferably in Food & Beverage or FMCG industries
  • Proven ability to extract and present data meaningfully
  • Strong understanding of integrated marketing strategies
  • Knowledge of digital and e-commerce KPIs is a strong asset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
