Arterra is seeking a Product Manager to
help be the voice of the consumer and connect our digital experiences to
business objectives as we progress on our journey to grow our
Direct-to-Consumer channels and enhance our customer experiences.
Our ideal candidate will have 3+ years
of experience in Digital Product Management in a transactional capacity, with a
focus on growing a DTC vertical. They must have a customer-first mindset, a
strong understanding of user experience design, the ability to develop and
actively manage a feature backlog for the company’s front-end web and mobile
applications and lead A/B testing strategy. This role requires a candidate with
excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills as you'll be
working with a team to interpret data and find compromises between user experience,
technical constraints, and compliance realities. This is a customer-centric
role, working to translate the needs of the customer into online business
opportunities. As the Product Manager, the candidate will be an integral part
of the Digital & Ecommerce Team, charged with the growth of all digital
channel products for Arterra.
Key
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the product roadmap and
backlog for a subset of digital products and channels. Responsible for
requirements discovery, solution design, user story writing, feature
development, and user acceptance testing.
- Partner with business stakeholders
(Digital & Ecommerce, Marketing, Operations, Sales, etc.) to identify
key capabilities required, as well as identifying potential issues.
Partner with cross functional teams regularly to ensure alignment on
feature development and prioritization
- Partner with IT to manage the
roadmap and backlog to ensure that IT delivers all capabilities on time
and per expectation. Align on best practices.
- Monitor and evaluate channel
performance to ensure constant product iteration and improvements. Work
with the Digital Analytics Manager to define KPIs and dashboards to
monitor and report channel health.
What you bring:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business,
Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field ·
- 3+ years of experience in digital
product management or similar ·
- Track record of applying
analytical, prioritization, and negotiating skills ·
- Usability and customer-focused
design experience ·
- Experience owning roadmap and helping
to shape this by working closely with various stakeholders
- Experience with change management
- Experience working in a complex
regulatory environment
- Excellent communication and
organizational skills
