Reporting to the Senior Manager,
People & Culture Business Partner, the People & Culture Business
Partner Manager will support the Marketing, Finance, and Tech & Digital
client group on all strategic people initiatives and employee relations
activities. They will act as a key partner to identify barriers to success and
facilitate proactive solutions that support a performance driven culture and
ensure alignment between our business objectives, core values and our people
strategy. They will act as a trusted advisor and build relationships with
all levels of employees within assigned client group to support a culture of
trust and belonging.

What you will be doing:
- Partner with business
leaders within client group to provide strategic guidance on all people
initiatives. Analyze trends and report on data/key metrics in order to
anticipate needs and opportunities in the business
- Manage all employee
relations activities, including providing guidance and counsel on
corporate policies, employment legislation, investigations and performance
management
- Collaborate and partner with
People & Culture Centres of Excellence (including Talent, Total
Rewards, Talent Attraction and HRIS) to support employees from hire to
retire
- Align business strategies
with people initiatives, and translate this into people solutions
What you bring:
- A minimum of 5 years
experience working as a trusted Business Partner and supporting a
fast-paced evolving organization with an outstanding ability to build
trusting, open, transparent relationships with employees
- The ability to communicate
effectively and clearly, seek to understand, make difficult decisions and
have sound judgement knowing how and when to escalate appropriately
- Post secondary education
with a preference to degree in Human Relations or Business and a CHRP/CHRL
designation
- Valid Ontario drivers
license and ability to travel within Ontario
