Reporting to the Director of Operations and Real Estate, the Retail Operations Administrator is responsible for providing support to Wine Rack’s Operations & Real Estate Team to ensure they have the information and resources to effectively run the stores.

What you will be doing:

  • Review and process invoices for payment in a timely manner. Track expenses to ensure they are on budget. Update and maintain R&M tracker.
  • Maintain store information records and update data systems as required. Store leasing information is maintained and organized.
  • New store opening/closing set-up and communications.
  • Review of monthly store expenses to ensure accounts are up to date and accurate.
  • Supporting the administration of Manager of Training & Operations (MTO) programs.

What you bring:

  • High school diploma
  • 1-2 years’ office environment experience
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Smart Serve Certification
  • Strong organizational & communication skills
