Job Description

Job Summary

Lead National Analysts - Revenue Growth Management team in setting the strategic direction in developing and executing pricing and promotions plans to meet or exceed the VCP target.

Ensure our 4 pillars are being utilized by developing pricing architecture for our existing/new brands and to optimize promotion spend.

Develops performance metric/KPIs and leverages tools to further build team’s capabilities.

Key Responsibility

  • Discuss and decide on any pricing strategy including price increase by region or channel to deliver $16M in EBIT 30%
  • Discuss and decide on Promotional Calendars including depth and frequency by SKU – delivering promo optimization of $6M in EBIT 30%
  • Working with Marketing on planning activities, initiatives along with external agencies to understand consumer behavior in order to ensure our strategy is perceived well from customer and consumer lens
  • Conducts pre and post analysis to evaluate portfolio changes 20%
  • Working on reporting on monthly basis along with running the planning cycle for VCP and commercial planning 20%
  • Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned or required


    • Undergraduate Degree
    • MBA


      • 5+ years in a similar role, 5+ year in RGM
      • 3+ years consulting experience at a Top Tier Firm
      • Consumer Packaged Goods experience
