The Digital Marketing Specialist will
be responsible for managing and executing paid social media campaigns via
multiple social channels. Responsible for helping grow multiple brands through
paid execution, monitoring performance, making campaign optimizations, and
reporting on results. Managing day-to-day agency relationships for other
digital marketing channels. An integral part of the digital marketing process,
working with multiple teams, both internally and externally.
What you will be doing:
Day-to-day in platform
management of paid social marketing campaigns (Facebook, Instagram,
Snapchat, Pinterest, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok).
- Manage and execute strategic
social marketing plans that meet brand and channel goals.
- Pull and organize campaign
data effectively into reporting templates.
- Present and gain approval on
- Monitor, track, evaluate and
optimize campaign performance to maximize investment.
Day-to-day management of
paid search, display, affiliates, and other channels via agency.
- Manages day-to-day
relationships with agencies and external partners.
Executes ad account setup,
pixel management, site tagging, etc.
- Work with the marketing
technology team and digital product team to build and maintain tracking
- Assist with the billing
process through financial inputting and reconciliation.
Stay up-to-date with
industry trends and developments in social marketing, digital marketing as
well as consumer behaviour and recommend improvements to brands.
What you bring:
- Demonstration of an ongoing
commitment to continuous learning in new and emerging digital marketing
- College certificate or other
courses in digital marketing, web design, web development, or other
applicable transferable skills.
- Minimum of one (1) year of
paid social experience and/or digital marketing account management and/or
agency experience managing clients.
- Experience using social
biddable platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Pinterest, Twitter,
LinkedIn, and TikTok).
- Experience building,
monitoring, and optimizing full-funnel paid social campaigns.
- Experience setting up pixels
and tagging websites via Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
- High level of attention to
detail and the ability to handle and prioritize multiple brands.
- High level of technical
proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with analytical
tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.).
- Understand strategic
differences between campaign objectives and their setup.
