Job Description

The Social and Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for driving ongoing consumer engagement through the management of all relevant social channels and platforms. They deliver value to our communities through engaging content and interactions delivered via our social media and other platforms and leverage these channels to create great relationships with our consumers.

We’re looking for new thinking when it comes to how we surprise, delight, and engage with our audiences, and as a content expert, you’ll bring these ideas to the table. This is also a hands-on role, so get ready to roll your sleeves up. Whether it’s drafting copy or designing a post to bring an idea to life or ensuring our Instagram videos gain maximum traction—you should be ready to run with it. What you will be doing:

  • Implement best in class digital content practices, whether its caption writing, social media posts, hashtag strategy, SEO, blog posts, eblasts, other
  • Manage publishing process from ideation to execution including content calendar management, timelines, securing approvals across stakeholders, keeping projects on time, on budget, and of high quality
  • Responsible for the development, implementation, and management our social media strategy in order to grow traffic and increase brand awareness
  • Establish and define most important social media KPIs
  • Champion and measure the success of all social media campaigns

What you bring:

  • 5+ years’ experience in Social Media & Content Marketingwith expert level knowledge of leading social media platforms (and emerging ones). Our ideal candidate also has experience with digital production process and the technical nature of developing digital marketing initiatives.
  • A deep-rooted understanding of an ever-changing digital landscape and advanced experience in project management with the know how to plan, create and implement a marketing strategy.
  • The ability to collaborate and manage platforms and tools used by multiple functions as well as ability to manage and / or collaborate with internal and external cross-functional groups.
