The Brand Manager, West role is a key position
within the Marketing team. The position is responsible for a portfolio of
some of Western Canada’s largest Okanagan wine brands including Sumac Ridge,
See Ya Later Ranch and Black Sage Vineyard.
The successful candidate will inspire agency
partners and cross functional teams in the strategic development of their
portfolio including brand strategy, communications, go-to-market, and
innovation. They will also oversee creative, media and promotion
execution for the portfolio. The successful candidate will have deep
experience in full P&L management and be able to work closely with their
operations and sales counterparts to deliver targeted growth.

Develops and executes all aspects of brand
management for portfolio or category of brands, including strategy,
positioning, pricing, advertising / media, promotions, and P&L management,
with a keen eye to ongoing portfolio management.
Works closely with their cross functional peers to
ensure seamless integration and execution of consumer-led strategies (Insights,
Sales, Customer Marketing, Finance, Operations)
Monitor and track performance and adjust plans
accordingly to ensure delivery of business commitments.
Inspires and manages strong agency relationships
with an impressive roster of partners in creative, design, media and PR.
Perform other related duties and responsibilities

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field (MBA an asset)
