Job Description


Under the responsibility of a brand manager, the incumbent will have to work in close collaboration with the sales teams in Canada in order to introduce national and regional brand products to the market as well as to support the various marketing initiatives. He (she) will act as project coordinator, operations manager between internal and external stakeholders as well as support for the brand manager in the realization of various promotions and product launches.

Key Activities:

  • Coordinate the development of new products with various internal and external stakeholders: approval and printing of labels, first production, request for samples, etc.;
  • Monitor inventories and coordinate changes in labels and finished products;
  • Creation of codes in the integrated management system BPCS for all new national brand products;
  • Coordination of various promotions, contests;
  • Create and develop printed and digital sales tools with external agencies;
  • Writing of marketing presentations;
  • Support the brand manager in strategic planning (data collection and analysis);
  • Set up annual marketing plans for the products in its portfolio including action plans and related budgets;
  • Create purchase orders for marketing invoices and follow up with the appropriate departments;
  • Ensure and support communications between the sales team and the marketing team.

    Qualifications and Competencies:

    • Bachelor degree in Business Administration / Marketing;
    • 5 years of experience coordinating projects in the marketing / sales sector at the national level;
    • English oral and written;
    • Computer skills: Word, Outlook, Excel, Power point, BPCS;
    • Excellent sense of initiative, resourcefulness and a high level of autonomy;
    • Strong ability to work in a team;
    • Ability to prioritize files;
    • Creativity;
    • Knowledge of Nielson databases (asset);
    • Experience in the food industry (asset).
