For retailers in search of unique cheese offerings, the U.K. Specialty Cheese Showcase was the place to be. Hosted by the UK government and Agriculture and Horticulture Development Board, the March 7 event at The Boulevard Club in Toronto provided retailers with the opportunity to taste innovative cheese from different parts of the U.K. Several retailers, including Costco, Longo’s, Loblaw and Sobeys, as well as independents, attended the event.
