Advantage Group International has appointed Richard Kellam chief executive officer, effective September 4. Kellam’s career includes senior roles at Mars Petcare Europe, William Wrigley Co. and Molson Breweries. He replaces Gary Halloran who has been promoted to the role of chairman of the board of directors of Advantage.
