Loblaw is taking further steps towards its zero-emissions goal with the purchase of five hydrogen fuel cell trucks for long-haul deliveries. With a range of over 700 kilometres, the vehicles feature new carbon-free technology and will provide Loblaw with greater flexibility to complete long-haul zero-emission deliveries – regional trips that, until now, have lacked a viable decarbonized solution.
