Historically we are a retained Executive Search Firm; however, Stoakley-Stewart has evolved to offer a variety of fee structures (retained, engaged and contingency) that we can customize to best suit the needs of our clientele taking into account the specifics of the situation and the nature of the position.

Our fees are calculated as a percentage of the successfully placed candidates base salary, plus applicable taxes.
