Job Description

Manager, Sales Execution- Markham, ONT

Position Summary:

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Sales Planning and Execution, the Sales Execution Manager will focus on five KEY priorities: Information & Training, Sales Automation, Process Improvement, Reporting and Sales Meetings for the Retail and Foodservice Sales Teams.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Lead process changes within the sales team and ensure consistent delivery of new standards
  • Accountable to develop, train, implement and monitor tools to ensure execution of strategic priorities and initiatives
  • Accountable to ensure the routine use of support tools, by the sales team, developed by the Sales Planning team, including Promotional Request Forms (PRF), Listing/Delisting Forms, Field Sales Tablet, etc.
  • Accountable to develop standardized reporting to be completed and automated in a consistent and timely manner

Requirements:

  • University Degree in Business or related field
  • Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in a sales role
  • Excellent English written and oral communication skills
  • French written and oral communication skills considered an asset
  • Advanced Computer skills in Excel (pivots, formulas), PowerPoint, SharePoint (permissions/workflows/etc.)
  • Ability to understand data flow and systems through logic and dependencies
  • Strong communication skills and able to work within a high performance sales team
