Job Description

POSITION OVERVIEW

  • Under the guidance of the Sr. Customer Business Development Manager, this position will be responsible for timely and accurate delivery of paperwork due to Regional Accounts. This position will handle administrative functions for the team as they relate to the sharing of information and communication with Customer Service, Marketing and other internal and external client groups.
  • This position will also be responsible for providing basic analytical support to deliver business goals. Primary focus will be toward tracking and reporting against key performance criteria vs. external and internal targets.

MAJOR DUTIES

  • Assist CBDM in weekly reporting and provide topline analysis to CBDM on risk and opportunities on the following:
    • Update all POS tracking reports, including New Products, providing topline summary of performance vs. budget
    • Update all Spending tracking reports (MDF), highlighting risks or opportunities vs. budget
    • Entering data for weekly flyer tracking reports, providing competitive analysis
    • Update Promotions Tracking report, providing timely and accurate information
    • Completing ad hoc analysis and/or tracking reports as required
  • Responsible for managing all steps in listing/communication for New Products, relines and prepack submissions for all accounts and managing ongoing communication related to all customer specific listing programs including:
    • Preparation of selling materials Sell sheets in English and French
    • Distribution Forms Summary
    • Markdown and Returns Forms
    • Managing forecast inputs and schedules
    • Planogram Reline forms and tracking
  • Responsible for project management of all aspects of New Store initiatives including:
    • Timely and accurate completion of all internal paperwork
    • Ongoing tracking and continuous follow-up against all timelines
    • Management of all communication with external Store Concepts contacts
    • Collaboration with Merchandising, Customer Service and Customer Business Development Team to ensure every door opens complete and on time – including missing fixtures and testers
    • Tracking and reporting on New Store performance
  • Assist in weekly reporting and provide topline analysis including:

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Post-secondary graduation, additional experience providing support to Sales/Marketing preferably within the Consumer Packaged Goods industry is an asset.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

Essential

  • Advanced computer skills – MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with ACNielsen, analytical reporting , SAP
  • Knowledge of Cosmetics, Consumer Packaged Goods or other related industry
  • Bilingual in English and French an asset
