Manufacturing
As part of Manufacturing, you?ll use your skills, our systems and a wide array of raw materials to help create the delicious finished products our consumers love. While taking ownership in your area of work, you?ll also ensure the safety of yourself and your colleagues while producing our top-quality products reliably and efficiently within our integrated supply chain.

JOB DUTIES/EXPECTATIONS
? Assist with the preparation and set-up of the production lines.
? Monitor and adjust packaging machinery in order to maintain efficient operation.
? Inspect finished product at regular intervals and completing quality/ production reports as
required (i.e., package weight, count, seals, code dates, etc.)
? Perform and/or recommend upgrades to existing equipment and production lines
? Report machinery problems and issues to the line mechanics and Line Lead
? Assist mechanics with downtime maintenance repairs.
? Immediately report any quality defects to the Line Lead.
? Perform downtime reporting into the Zarpac system or manual recording sheets.
? Prepare and load packaging materials as needed (i.e., film, corrugated, chipboard, shipping
cartons, etc.)
? Clean and sanitize production equipment/machinery.
? Maintain and care for equipment, such as lubrication.
? Consistently maintain a clean and hazard free work area.
? Responsible for performing other duties as assigned (i.e., packing, etc.).


Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
? Candidates must have proven mechanical aptitude and intermediate math skills.
? Strong communication, teamwork and organizational skills are required.
? Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
? Previous experience operating, troubleshooting and setting up machinery
? Candidates must have basic computer skills.
? A good attitude and a willingness to learn is a must.
? Proven ability to work under pressure.
