Customer Service & Logistics
Customer Service & Logistics (CS&L) is where you?ll integrate our end-to-end demand-driven supply chain. Working ?from farm to shelf,? you?ll connect plants with customers to deliver best-in-class service in the most efficient way. Your goal will be to have the right products, at the right time, and with the right quantity and quality on the shelf.

Major/Essential Responsibilities

? Sugar & Chocolate Condition of Stock:
Performed Semi Weekly:
Provide correct date codes to ensure shelf life of product, correct placements physically and system wise of all stock ie: Sellout or Blocked stock

? Returns :
Generate all returns matching physically to invoice items, quantity & batch to ensure accuracy. Movement of stock in SAP once direction provided to correct storage location ie; Sellout, Tank Order, Sample Room or Unrestricted Use.

? Receiving :
Confirm PO or Sto is for our warehouse prior to providing receiving appointment to carrier. Match blind receiving provided by receivers to actual paperwork provided by driver ensuring valid expiry dates.
Pack and print all HU?s based on blind receiving, put load onto dock to GR. Clearing dock locations on all inbounds once put away complete.

? Cycle Counts :
Daily cycle counts are required to be completed in order to have the entire warehouse counted on a monthly basis to ensure 100 % accuracy of On Hand Stock.

? Pallet Report :
Total Pallets in the building are to be provided on a daily basis by 8:00 am

? Positive Release :
Back up to Quality Lead assisting with quality related issues ie : Positive Release, Category Holds & Excess of Seasonal Inventory.

? Order allocation:
Ensure allocation of stock to orders prior to picking


Qualifications
Experience / Skills

? Strong organizational skills
? Computer skills (i.e. Excel, Word, Outlook). Preferable experience in SAP but will train.

Relationships

? Must work closely with the Inventory & Quality team
? Warehouse Supervisors
? Members of the Sample Department
? Manufaturing Plants


Physical Effort:

? The position involves a high level of computer entry.

Working Conditions

Generally works in an office environment along with warehouse environment. CSA approved safety footwear is required.
