Job Responsibilities

? Point of contact for Walmart.
? Executes the banner priorities as directed by the account team to ensure store level compliance to all Promotional and Merchandising activity.
? Executes the Perfect Store Principles.
? For some banners, the candidate should work in collaboration with a Mondeléz Sales Rep. to execute what is prescribed at store level (Dominion, Sobeys).
? Helps to build scale displays for scale promotions ? Christie, Cadbury, Seasonal.
? Maintains store shelf standards and inventory, including rotation of products, displaying merchandise properly, placing shelf strips and attaching tags properly, checking date codes and plan-o-gram integrity.
? Partners with store personnel and co-workers to achieve and maintain merchandising excellence, discuss changes, and build an effective working relationship.
? Works to eliminate out-of-stocks and out dates through proper shelf management.
? Assembles/sets-up store fixtures and displays efficiently and accurately by following Plan-O-Grams.
? Communicates effectively with the Field Sales Manager and sales peers on issues, opportunities.
? Completes all field reporting requirements ? Touch.


? High school diploma.
? College diploma in sales related field is a plus.
? Experience in sales and merchandising.
? Computer/Tablet skills.
? Microsoft Office knowledge.


? Learning the basics of Perfect Store principles.
? Time management and prioritization skills.
? Able to work independently and make decisions without guidance.
? Detail-oriented, problem solving, excellent communication skills.
? There may be some travel, so flexibility is key.
