Representative Is responsible for selling and merchandise retail outlets in an
assigned territory representing both Wrigley and MARS Chocolate.
The Retail Sales
Leader within an assigned territory and is responsible for assigned customers.
The key responsibilities are building relationships, selling, distribution and
merchandising. High impact calls (complex selling) represent the majority
of the customers. Depending on the actual territory there will be
increased focus on effective communication with the PT that support the
Selling and Distribution:
for suggesting orders, actual orders (WMT) and selling presentation
programs to customers.
and selling booking sheets to stores (accurate goal setting).
distribution of assigned products.
promotional & seasonal compliance within designated retail outlets.
to develop selling stories specific to the customer (POS data linked to
Customer & Category Insights).
shelves are stocked with all listed product.
to sell the customer on the specific shelving strategies that will drive
growth (Brand blocking and CORE positioning).
of merchandiser fixtures, as well as working with the customer to secure
secondary space for building of display.
POS for effective merchandising and pricing.
of products both on-shelf and in backroom to ensure optimal product
quality and freshness. Develop selling strategies to ensure we
minimize (aged product).
