We are looking for an individual to fill the role of Replenishment Analyst.
Reporting to the Customer Operations Manager, the Replenishment Analystis responsible for managing LCL & SDM baseline replenishment forecasts, promotional & seasonal inventory strategies and other replenishment initiatives pertaining to the above customers.
-Monitor and analyze critical KPI’s that drive inventory performance: In-stocks, fill rate, on-time delivery and forecast variances as dictated by the customers’ requirements
-Provide monthly updates of the supplier scorecard to LCL & SDM Replenishment
-Building and maintaining a collaborative relationship with the Customers Replenishment Team
-Organize any internal supply chain opportunities that could impact in-stock & fill rate
-Monitor ordering patterns and daily order volumes to ensure inventory availability to support fill rate goals. Develop plan of action and communicate solutions to the Customers Replenishment Team when opportunities are identified
-Attend meetings with LCL & SDM Replenishment to review forecast variances, future promotional & seasonal schedules. Support inventory strategies, upcoming modular changes, current issues, and other category initiatives
-Work with Lindt Canada Demand Planners to ensure proper execution of SDM & LCL promotional, seasonal schedule and new product launches
-Work with 3rd Party Logistics (3PL) provider to ensure timely stock allocation to orders and on-time dispatch of orders
-Maintain and distribute internal scorecards and performance reporting as required
-Collaborate with Demand Planning and Sales to ensure impacts of baseline forecasts and promotional inventory strategies are aligned with Lindt Canada’s demand forecast
-Maintain open communication with the Transportation department regarding on time performance and escalate when necessary
-Ensure accuracy and timely processing of customer orders
-Ability to become the resident expert on the customer’s unique systems. (Tool Box )
-Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain or Operations preferred; or equivalent experience in retail, supply chain, logistics or related field
-Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Advanced Level)
-Knowledge of ERP Systems (JD Edwards experience is an asset)
-Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
-Experience with order processing and management
-Able to communicate effectively (both verbally and written) with customer to influence their decision making
-Ability to analyze and solve replenishment problems and drive solutions for the customer
-Resilient and can adapt to an ever changing environment
