Coordinate the Sales and Marketing team’s activities and provide administrative support to the Corporate Vice President Away from Home (AFH) Business, and AFH department. This position reports directly to the Corporate Vice President Away from Home Business.

Administrative Related Tasks:

  • Provide and maintain all administrative duties for Corporate VP AFH as required including monthly reports for CEO; including Legal and Confidential filing
  • Provide support to Corporate Director, AFH Marketing & Operations, Director of Sales (Eastern Canada) and Director of Strategic Accounts
  • Manage, organize and schedule Corporate VP AFH’s meetings with customers, travel plans, and expenses

Customer Related Tasks:

  • Manage AFH Website Access for Customers
  • Administer Tissue University Program
  • Prepare Customer Specific Monthly Reports & Trip Events
  • Distribute Dispenser Rewards for Customer Purchases
  • Prepare Customer specific reports for Promotion Programs
  • Maintain Customer Dispenser Loan Agreements and provide to Legal department
  • Field all product-related Customer inquiries

Marketing Related Tasks:

  • Compile, Submit. Analyze and Report on Market Data from AF&PA (American Forestry & Paper Association)
  • Maintain the AFH National Price List
  • Maintain the AFH Marketing Budget
  • Liaise with GS1 to ensure product specifications are current
  • Back up for the Assistant Marketing Projects Manager role “as required”
  • Maintain Customer Distribution Lists
  • Distribution of information from the Marketing Dept. to all Customers including Price Increase and/or Product Enhancements
  • Prepare Sample Requests for Ronald McDonald Houses across Canada
  • Organize with Marketing Dept. Industry Trade shows and Customer events for National AFH Division Buying Groups
  • Provide Regional Sales support as required


  • A University Business Commerce or Marketing degree
  • Minimum of 1-year marketing experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, ACNielsen Workstation Plus
