Permanent Position

The Laboratory Analyst works closely with colleagues for ensuring the integrity of analysis made on products manufactured at Mount Royal Plant. The main tasks are:

  • Collecting and verifying the samples on production lines;
  • Initiate corrective actions with the appropriate partners;
  • Doing the appropriate tests and analysis, on the shop floor and lab;
  • Compile the results of the tests;
  • Participate to the coaching of hourly employees in production in order to ensure the compliance to the regulations and procedures.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Work schedule: Monday to Friday or Sunday to Thursday, night or evening shift
  • Hold a diploma of college studies (DEC) in Laboratory technologies, Food sciences or in an appropriate field;
  • Has a work experience in a Manufacturing Food Industry;
  • Is familiar with the methods and software used in a laboratory;
  • Has good skills in analysis, summary and communication
  • Mastered Word and Excel applications;
  • Bilinguism(orally and written);
