HERE'S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Coordinating is Key - Creating and adjusting schedules for employees to prepare the plant to be audit ready every day (be on your toes!)
  • Going the Distance - Assuring cleaning procedures are maintained and updated and conducting plant wide and departmental mandated training
  • A People Person - You will interact with various personalities from employees up to plant directors
  • Meeting the Schedule - Planning cleaning schedules and proper allocation of resources (labor, supplies, equipment and time) while planning and executing for successful changeovers, sanitation weekends and daily activities.
  • Detail Oriented - Conducting daily inspections of tasks assigned to employees, good manufacturing practices, health checks, safety inspections and food safety audits
  • We know you can juggle… You’ll be working on multiple long term projects while managing daily activities, but we know multitasking is a strength of yours

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

Required:

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Demonstrated Sanitation and supervisory/management experience
  • A minimum of five years of food processing experience
  • Knowledge of chemical usage and safety
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong problem solving ability
  • Ability to update and acquire new education related to sanitation and pest control
  • Understanding of general industrial safety requirements
  • Great “can do” attitude

Bonus Points:

  • Bachelor's degree and Sanitation experience in a food processing facility
  • Food industry experience
  • Pest control license
  • Professional certification in sanitation related education
