WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

In your role as a Brand Manager at Kellogg, you will be part of our success by:

  • Developing plans and business building campaigns that span innovation, promotions and communications
  • Identifying & leveraging consumer insights and integrating well with business partners is key to relevant and impactful programs (move to top bullet)
  • Activating successful programs with the collaboration of Sales through the path to purchase
  • Leading brand specific projects ensuring effective and efficient delivery on time and within budget commitments
  • Developing analytical skills through analysis of trends, performance indicators and competitive environment
  • Partnering across the organization to bring new product innovation to market
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with our agency partners
  • Positively contributing towards increasing the cohesiveness of the Marketing group/Company and taking personal accountability to help raise its effectiveness

WHAT DO I NEED TO DEMONSTRATE?

As well as a hunger to learn and succeed in Marketing, to be considered for this position you must be able to meet the following requirements:

Required:

  • University undergraduate degree with a focus on business/marketing and/or equivalent work experience
  • Significant Brand Marketing and/or related experience in a Consumer Packaged Goods company
  • Strong working knowledge of PC applications including MS Office (including Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills, combined with strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical, organizational and time management skills

Preferred:

  • Proven project and financial management ability with a bias for action
  • Desire and ability to work in a fast-paced, high pressure environment
