The Assistant Sales Revenue Manager – Kellogg Canada will support the development of expertise in pricing analytics to lead the development of our price pack architecture and strategic pricing playbooks across a 3-year time frame for cereal, Nutritious Portable Foods, Salty Snacks and Frozen. You will support / facilitate the pricing and trade optimization of specific customer plans across all categories to maximize our growth and price realization within our competitive environment. You will connect and share best practices from the Kellogg Global Revenue Management organization and external partners. You will be part of our success by:

  • Supporting the Manager of Revenue Growth Management (RGM) with scenario planning specific to pricing strategy and other RGM initiatives for price pack architecture at the national, regional and account level.
  • Driving standardization of price and trade promotion capabilities and process across the Kellogg Canada sales team and supporting the executional component of modelling insights into selling / negotiating with customers to enable trade efficiency targets. Supporting the continuous improvement and utility of the modelling tool across the customer base to optimize (together with the Key Accounts Executive) promotional effectiveness & efficiency.
  • Supporting marketplace and brand level pricing analytics and pricing role, and share insights / opportunity
  • Creating and maintaining a pricing scorecard vs competition and monitor accordingly
  • Supporting the analysis of promotion effectiveness and align with account leads
  • Participating in global sharing and best practices


As well as a hunger to learn and succeed as critical member of the Sales Revenue team, to be considered for this position you must be able to meet the following requirements:


  • Significant analytical capability and comfort with financial P&L’s
  • Consistently demonstrated experience with trade spend, syndicated data and insight generation capability to propose winning strategies
  • Consistently demonstrated ability to teach /consult business insight development through data analytics
  • Significant skill developed through experience across the multiple functions of Category Manager, Trade Finance, Sales, Customer Management
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
  • Superior teamwork and influential skills
  • University Bachelor’s degree


  • Experience within the Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) industry
  • Experience with Nielsen Database


  • This position requires limited domestic and international travel.
