We are currently recruiting for a dedicated, team player who is self-motivated and detail oriented to fill the position of Liquor Board Coordinator (BCLDB) working out of our Vancouver Sales office. Our Constellation Brands BC Sales Team, is responsible for driving strong sales and market share in a competitive, multi-channel environment which includes Retail channels as well as On-Premise. Position Details:

The role of Liquor Board Coordinator is responsible for supporting Constellation Brands business in Western Canada, with a primary focus on the BCLDB. Duties include:

  • Managing the day to day coordination of orders and timely shipping for various liquor boards.
  • Managing daily communication to key buyers regarding inventory concerns, product status, product availability and delists, as well as upcoming programming.
  • Acting as the primary contact with key receiving departments and third party warehouses.
  • Coordinating daily activities with Container World to accelerate orders and shipments, including custom clearances, rush orders, special shipments and on pack orders.
  • Daily review of PAR and inventory recommendations to achieve monthly and quarterly plans.
  • Proactive management of inventory risks, including recommendations to mitigate any risk to plan.
  • Participating in weekly supply chain calls.
  • Communicating all regional supply chain updates to internal stakeholders daily.
  • Coordinating new product set up, including IMIS and JDE as well as new product requirement communication to Supply Chain.
  • Submitting all listing and registration applications for Western Canada.

Job Requirements

  • A University Degree or combination of experience and education (Primary Focus on Business)
  • A track record of success in a similar role with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience and a desire to learn
  • Exposure to trucking, transportation or beverage alcohol industries would be considered an asset
  • Strong analytical skills and a passion for numbers
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Proven problem solving a demonstrated ability to deal effectively with customers and peers.
  • Results oriented, self-motivated, driven and disciplined.
  • Computer literacy, including the ability to create Word and Excel documents as well as effectively utilize web-based tools and resources.
  • A can do attitude and the desire to succeed
