In this role, you will have far reaching responsibilities,
including the safety, quality, capability building and loss elimination of all
aspects in your production unit. By putting people first and applying your

Your career as a member of our management development
program starts as a process leader, in which some of your assignments will
include:
- Identifying
opportunities to increase the effectiveness of the transformation process
and lead the optimization of these processes.
- Understanding,
leading, and developing enterprise resource planning system SAP.
- Managing
daily SAP process orders/transactions and accountable for departmental
financial responsibilities.
- Creating,
implementing, auditing and coaching on performance improvement programs
which impact the daily results and effectiveness of all employees.
- Creating
and tracking the completion of detailed continuos improvement plans.
- Acting
as technical support to operations teams, daily.
- Able
to deal with ambiguity and have the experience of identifying solutions
collaboratively across a wide stakeholder group.
- Compiling,
analyzing and communicating performance data such as effectiveness, line
stops, quality defects, to maintain a safe environment and eliminate
contamination sources.
- Leading
regular performance improvement meetings, and utilizing the unified
problem solving method.
- Acting
as a facilitator in regard to problem solving skills.
- Supporting
development activities for autonomous maintenance and employee continuous
skill development programs.
The candidate should have a demonstrated history of the
below qualifications:
- Bachelor’s
degree in engineering/business or applied science or a related technical
field.
- Leadership
/ Coaching / Networking in and out of a technical setting.
- Technical
problem-solving experience.
- Team
Player / Collaboration / Risk taking / Organization.
- Communication
written / Oral.
- Innovation
& Initiative.
