Territory Manager - Ontario (Remote)
Our client,
a leading Food & Beverage Consumer Goods Company, is looking to hire a Foodservice
Territory Manager - Ontario on a Permanent, Full-Time basis to
support their growing business.
In this remote
role, reporting to the Country Manager - Canada Foodservice, the Territory
Manager will be responsible for managing sales activities with mid-tier
distributors, supporting street level sales, sales training support, and GPO compliance
within Eastern Canada.
The Territory
Manager will develop and execute strategic plans, build relationships with
customers, and collaborate with internal teams to drive business growth.
Responsibilities
- Identify and prioritize target accounts,
prospects, and opportunities for new business development.

Work with broker team in Eastern Canada to
develop opportunities.

Build and maintain strong relationships with
key customers, distributors, and channel partners, serving as the primary point
of contact for all sales-related matters.

Conduct regular visits and sales calls to
existing and prospective clients to understand their needs, address inquiries,
and promote our products/services.

Provide product demonstrations,
presentations, and training sessions to educate customers on the features and
benefits of our offerings.

Follow up with targeted GPO members to ensure
compliance in core categories.

Collaborate with Canadian Foodservice team,
to ensure alignment of sales strategies with business objectives and customer
requirements.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities,
and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and adjust sales
strategies accordingly.

Prepare and present sales forecasts,
performance reports, and strategic recommendations to senior management.
Qualifications
- Post graduate degree / diploma in Business
Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

3+
years of experience in foodservice sales, with a proven track record of success
in territory management or a similar role.

Experience
in the Protein industry an asset.

Experience in using Salesforce and MS Office Suite
(PowerPoint and excel).

Bi-Lingual (English – French) a strong asset.

Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
within the assigned territory.
